IK-SNM Type

■ Overview
IK-SNM Type Large Ball Size = φ1/2 - 1"(12.7 - 25.4mm)

Stud-mount ball transfer with sturdy bolt for only ball down position applications.
Available in steel and stainless steel. Miniature type is also available.

■ Feature
Based on IK type with sturdy body using S45C steel.
Nylon and ceramic ball, rust resistance type, hard chrome finishing is also available upon request.

■Note
Bolt-fixing type for easy mounting.
We tested four units of IK-38N, article load 700kg on rail hardness of HRC55, the initial resistance is about 10Kg. For SS metal, the figure will be two times or more.
Large ball hardness is HRC62; the material in contact should have the same hardness. Initial resistance will differ depending on the hardness.
